HOLIDAY CRAZY SESSIONS
Are you tired of pretty perfect family portraits of forced smiles in front of a tree? Is your family more offbeat, with a strong dose of crazy, creative or weird? Then this might be the portrait session for you!
My Holiday Crazy sessions are all about letting your oddness run wild and having fun with it. Would posing as Star wars characters, Harry Potter wizards or acting out an iconic Christmas movie scene be more along your line of fun? Together we will work to create a misfit portrait session to capture your specific form of peculiar.
My lineup of inspiration:
- Zombie Santa & elves or other monsters doing holiday activities
- Scenes from iconic movies such Chevy Chase’s xmas vacation (burnt turkey or rabid squirrels?) A Christmas Story, Ghosts of Christmas past, Elf (maple syrup spaghetti anyone?) or others.
- Retro themed nostalgic imagery – possibly a insanely perfect 50s sock-hop, or 1940s caroling gone wrong?
- Action scenes such as: mountain biking Santa’s down Cumberland streets? SUP elves? Ghosts of Christmas past out fishing?
- Darth Vader, Harry potter wizards, super heros, crazy cosplay
- Your family as you REALLY are: (popcorn scarfing, couch surfing, remote fighting, last piece of pizza stealing sibling rivalry fun)
- Holiday good intentions gone to disaster (doesn’t it always?)
This custom session is $300 + tax and includes:
- Sitting/Creative Fee
- Three digital images (full res) with matching Facebook images & smartphone gallery app
- 12 custom holiday cards or Metal wall art
- 10% off additional orders
Wall art, images, greeting cards and more available for purchase with 10% discount. Depending on your session idea, a possible makeup artist fee may be required to help put your session into action. Although I work with each family to help create their dream photo shoot, families are responsible for the cost of props and costuming.
